‘Tis the season for geek goodness. Drew McLellan has put together a wonderful little site called 24 Ways.
It’s an advent calendar for web developers. There’s a new piece — written by somebody different each time — every day for 24 days. What I really like about it is that it isn’t restricted to one topic. It covers JavaScript, CSS, design, accessibility… you name it.
Drew asked me if I would like to contribute and I said I’d be happy to. Today’s piece is DOM Scripting Your Way to Better Blockquotes by yours truly.
I cheated a bit. This is a simplified version of one of the examples I used in Chapter 8 of the book: Enhancing Content.
Be sure to check out all the other pieces on the site and keep checking back during the month of December: 5 down, 19 to go.
