            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, that 10 bucks undoubtedly contains a &quot;convenience&quot; fee of some sort&#8230; Like its convenient for us to give them our money. As for hard copy vs screen, I am sure we all would agree we spend far too much time at the computer anyhow.</p>
